Orange Tree House accepts bookings up to 4 years in advance. Popular dates book quickly, so contact us early to secure your wedding date.

Yes - our venue is exclusive-use, meaning you and your guests have the entire property for your wedding day and evening.

Provisional dates are held for two weeks before non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your booking.

We can host up to 130 guests for ceremony and reception and up to 160 guests for the evening.

Yes - Orange Tree House is licensed for civil ceremonies, so both ceremony and reception can take place in the same location.

No - we welcome intimate weddings as well as larger celebrations.

The booking fee is £1,000, which is deducted from your total venue hire. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Yes - a £500 fee applies to hold your ceremony at Orange Tree House.

Yes - all venue hire fees include VAT.

Venue hire includes exclusive use of the venue, wedding couple's prep rooms, tables & chairs, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, cake table & swing, cake knife, easels, wedding post-box, PA system, outdoor furniture and on-site staff. Catering is separate.

Yes - ask about our ‘Love Can’t Wait’ package for last-minute wedding bookings.

Yes - our in-house chefs create unforgettable wedding meals with menus tailored to your preferences.

No - external caterers are not allowed for main meals but are permitted for the drinks reception nibbles and evening food.

Yes - a full bar service is provided throughout your wedding day.

Yes - you may bring Champagne, prosecco or wine. A £15 corkage fee per bottle applies. Alternatively, choose from our beautifully curated wine list.

Fridays & Saturdays: bar closes at 12:30am, guests offsite 1am.


Sundays - Thursdays: bar closes at 11:30pm, guests offsite 12:00am.

Yes - menus can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, and allergy requirements. There is no supplement charge for dietary requirements.

Yes - children's meals and highchairs are available with advance notice. Children under 3 eat free of charge, children aged 4-14 are £20 per head.

Yes - couples are welcome to use their preferred florists, photographers, DJs and other vendors. We also provide a recommended suppliers list featuring professionals who are already familiar with our venue.

Yes - however, candles must be in jars or containers that are taller than their flame height. Any candles down the aisle must be battery operated, and all candles must be battery operated after dinner.

Confetti and fireworks are not permitted to protect wildlife and not disturb neighbours.

Yes - live music and DJs are welcome, but a noise policy applies.

No - we are not licensed to play music outside.

Yes - onsite parking is available. Contact your wedding coordinator for details.

Yes - Orange Tree House is fully accessible for guests with the only exception being the wedding prep room.

No - but Greyabbey and surrounding areas offer many Airbnb’s, B&Bs, hotels and self-catering options.

Yes - dogs are very welcome as part of your celebration.

Yes - there is a private prep room available.

Our General Manager and on-site events team manage logistics, staffing, timing and supplier access. No separate coordinator is required.

Yes - all external suppliers must carry public liability insurance.

Yes - we are fully licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships.
