Just wanted to say a huge thank you for making our wedding day so wonderful! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. From our first viewing over Whatsapp video call we just knew Orange Tree was ‘the one’ and felt totally assured that we’d be well looked after in the lead up and on the day itself.

The food was unbelievable and Michael knew exactly what we needed every moment of the day without us even asking!

Thank you sooo much to you for all your help with the planning and preparations for the day. You made us feel so calm every step of the way. We can’t wait to pop open your lovely bottle of Prosecco when we get back from honeymoon.

Thank you so much for our day - we can't begin to describe in words how perfect it was. We knew Orange Tree would exceed expectations but it was unbelievable, every request was met and more. From the minute we arrived we felt so comfortable. Doug is a non drinker and felt so included (which he doesn't always!) having a glass of ginger ale waiting after the ceremony, and how accommodating the staff were in general. Everyone commented on how relaxed the day was, which is exactly what we wanted.

Nothing but positive comments about the food too!! It was amazing.

Would also love to thank you for being so good to the dogs, and for allowing them to be there in the first place! They are a big part of our lives so it means a lot to have them there.

Finally, would like to personally thank Michael and Katie - all your staff are amazing, but they stood out. They both went above and beyond and stood out as passionate and caring within their roles. They took the time to make sure both of us were comfortable and had all our needs met, as well as all of our guests.We were both so emotional after the day as we didn't expect it to be SO perfect. We will be recommending anyone and everyone to hold their wedding with you, and we just hope we are invited to weddings here in the future so we can return!

Your team have been a dream the whole way along, particularly Chelsea and Pamela who answered our many email queries and made us feel that nothing was too much hassle!

The venue and team you have built are phenomenal - you are all a credit to yourselves and please pass on to all staff that we will remember so fondly how we were treated on our wedding day.

I nearly cannot put into words how perfect our day was at Orangetree. From the planning with you prior, to dealing with Michael, who is genuinely an absolute credit to the venue. Michael was just on another level of amazing. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was a bother. It went so swimmingly and it genuinely was the most perfect day! Everyone had such an an amazing time and the food was out of this world delicious!!!
I can not thank you and Michael enough! The whole team deserves a mention as they also were amazing and it was run like clockwork!! Thank you for the most incredible day!

Hello to the entire team at Orange Tree,

I just wanted to say a massive thank you from Mr and Mrs Blythe!

Philip and I have just come down from the excitement of the wedding!

From the moment we had the viewing back in October 2021 to picking up our things the next day, all of you have been nothing but the most helpful people in the world.

To Chelsea - you are an absolute angel, no question was too hard for you. You always answered my questions so fast, I was the one trying to catch up with you! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to be in contact with! Orange Tree really has an asset in you!

To Michael - I don't think there are enough words in the world to explain how amazing you are. Not only did you make sure that everything went smoothly, you made sure we were fed, and gave us constant updates of what was going on. I don't think I could have handed over my wedding to anyone more prepared to take it on.

To the entire staff - Every single person commented on how personable you were and how easy it was to ask for things, no question was a problem on the day. All I can say is thank you for being such a good team!

I hope you all have an amazing rest of the year! If we could do it all over again, we would!

We had the most wonderful wedding in August 2023. I wanted to write to say a Massive thank you to everyone at the venue who made everything so wonderful and seamless. The whole day felt both chilled and exciting at the same time!

Everything ran so smoothly, from rehearsal , ceremony, drinks reception, the meal and evening-do. Very impressed by how organised it was, Michael had lovely a manner about him and made us feel at ease and looked after the entire day . We expected the food to be outstanding, due to the reviews, and we were not disappointed.

Can I do it all again?

I would have loved more time between courses to greet guests , however on the flip side I was so pleased how punctual the meal was. So overall, nothing but positive things to report from our Big day .

Now that we have kind of come back down to earth just wanted to send a wee message! We could not be more thankful for everything. The whole team at Orange Tree are second to none! We loved every minute of our day. We are so happy with how everything turned out. The timing of everything was so smooth and the running of things was impeccable. Michael is an expert MC and put us both at ease. The whole front of house team was amazing on the day! We always knew Orange Tree was special but we felt truly like we weren’t just a number! Could not have picked a more perfect venue! And of course to you Chelsea… thank you so much for always being at the other end of an email and making the whole admin side of things so easy! You must have to process an endless amount of information and you still do it all with a smile! Just again thank you

What a fantastic venue, location, staff and food. We cannot thank you enough for making our daughter's wedding day a day to remember. Michael was fantastic making us feel at ease and keeping us right all day long. Nothing was too much for him. All the staff were friendly and professional and the food was amazing. I don't even know where to start, we had the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. Everything about the venue was outstanding. The food was second to none! Please pass our thanks to the chef, everyone was so well fed the whole day, the quality was unreal and I think it's the first time I've ever come home from a wedding so full! The bar and waiting staff were just a pleasure to have around and I had so many guests tell me how lovely they all were, you guys are so lucky to have such a fab wee team in Orange Tree! I have to thank you Chelsea for all the organising you done in the background and for always being on the other end of an email to answer any questions. You really do an amazing job!

Lastly I have to mention Michael...it felt as if he was one of our guests, he mingled with everyone and made every person there feel so welcome. I don't know how he done it with our chaotic family but he made sure the day ran seamlessly. Everything was bang on time and he just brought a smile to my face every time I bumped into him. What an incredible guy, it was an absolute pleasure to spend our day with him. He definitely helped Dean's nerves while he was waiting on me aswell! I'm praying that someone I know decides to get married at Orange Tree House so I can come back and spend another day there (and also another meal!).From the bottom of our hearts thank you for everything.

The food . . . Oh my goodness the food!! I read lots of reviews of Orange Tree House that always mention the quality of the food, but oh my word it was phenomenal!! Guests were raving about it, some saying it was the best food they had ever had. So to the chefs and the servers, thank you.

I wish we could do it all again, I’m hoping I get an opportunity to come back as a guest sometime, just to experience the warm hospitality again.You really are the perfect wedding venue and we are so glad we picked Orange Tree House for our day.

Our wedding was the happiest day of our life and went off without a hitch, no doubt thanks to all the wonderful and incredibly helpful staff. The venue was absolutely stunning and we were blessed with 25 degrees and sunny all day which allowed us and our guests to enjoy both the inside and out of the venue. From when we first went to see the venue to picking up our things at the end of the night/next day, Chelsea was lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. She was also so kind to provide my parents an impromptu walk-through of the venue when my parents came to visit from Canada in December.

Of course we are also so grateful for the attentive and hard-working staff on the day who attended to all the needs of our family and friends.

We are so thankful to Michael for his calm demeanour and attention to detail. He made the wedding run so seamlessly it was like something out of a movie.

We have to mention the food! We have never heard so many people say “This was the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding” and they were absolutely correct. The food was delicious, filling and full of flavour.

We are so grateful to everyone for all the time and effort they put in to helping us have the most wonderful day of our lives. We cannot recommend Orange Tree House enough!

Just wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU so much for everything you done for our special day! It was absolutely amazing - the staff were so friendly and organised, the venue was set up in the most beautiful way and the logistically, it went exactly as we hoped. 2 months on from our big day we are reminiscing as the final photographs have come through.
